The Journey
Module 1: Foundations of Inner Child Work

Core principles: childhood trauma, repression of authentic self, wounding, nurturing vs neglect.

Developmental wounds: neglect, shame, abandonment, enmeshment, hyper-parenting etc

Nervous system co-regulation, avoiding retraumatization - Safety-focused entry/exit protocols.

Framework for creating a transformative experience, and tools for each stage of the transformation.
Module 2: Healing the Wounded Child & Facilitation Techniques

Identifying trauma pattern, uncover wounds, body-based anchoring, somatic dialogue with touch-based interventions.

Learn sequencing - Opening + Closing sessions effectively. Nurture your unmet childhood needs.

Working with single IC, multiple IC with focal point, Multiple IC, Sub-personality and Identity work.

Including processes like - Non-dominant hand work, re-parenting, Age regression.

Healing non-verbal trauma, Womb trauma work, Core attachment wound healing, activation of Mother field, connecting with the Father field.

Deepening experience with tools – application of low-risk vs. high-risk tools and how/when to use them.
Module 3: Integration, Re-Parenting and Advanced Facilitation

Working with shame, pain, rejection, abandonment patterns, developmental repair from womb + childhood and internal re-parenting.

Joy as a trauma repair practice - unlocking the suppressed creative self, gifted Inner children.

Help embody gifts buried in trauma (creativity, empathy, sensitivity etc). Reclaiming the Authentic self.

Criteria for Certification

80% attendance has to be completed in live classes

80% attendance has to be completed in practise lab

3 peer demonstrations to be done live/recording submitted (in-utero trauma work, IC session and drama triangle/polarity)
